GROUP URGES THE MANAGEMENT OF UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN (DLC) TO DECLARE A MINUTE SILENCE FOR LATE ADESIJI NOAH ISMAIL DURING HER FORTHCOMING TOWN HALL MEETING

LATE ADESIJI NOAH ISMAILA.K.A KUL-GUY A socio-economic group of UI DLC students (TRANSFORMATION GROUP) has urged the management of Distance learning center university of Ibadan to declare a One minute silent for the demise of a final year statistics student of UI DLC (Late Adesiji Noah Ismail) who gave up the ghost in the late hours of 29th November 2017 at a hospital in Lagos state. Speaking during the meeting organized to discuss the arrangements of special Prayer for the deceased, the convener of the group who is also an Ex student of the school, Comr Salako Oladimeji accentuate that effort will be made to the management of UI DLC to request for a minute silence during the forthcoming town hall meeting scheduled for Ibadan and Lagos on 3rd and 4th November respectively . Oct 2 nd 2017 in the city of Ibadan will host the maiden edition of “LETS DISCUSS NIGERIA”, a programme organized by CASO GLOBE EDUCTIONAL INSTITUTE IBADAN. OYO CJ CELEBRATES PARLIAMENTARIAN IN GRAND STYLE The Chief Judge of Oyo State, His Lordship, Hon Justice ML Abimbola has granted amnesty to twenty-two (22) inmates of Abolongo Prisons, Oyo Town in Oyo State just as three others were sentenced to Three Months Community Service. The ceremony took place in commemoration of the birthday of an Advocate of Prisons Decongestion and Member of the Nigerian Youth Parliament, Prince Adetayo Adekunle. Although the CJ was not physically present, a three member Special Court consisting of Deputy Chief Registrars Mrs OA Adetujoye, Mrs OA Ogunrin and Alhaja SA Oyerinde conducted the proceedings perfectly. In his welcome address, the Member representing Oyo Central Constituency at the Nigerian Youth Parliament, Hon Adetayo Adekunle thanked the CJ for keying in to his advocacy for prisons decongestion.
